Come celebrate 25 years of the Ballet Chicago School, our significant growth over the past quarter-century, and the impact we have in Chicago as well as the American dance landscape today.
Our Sterling Celebration will be held on Thursday, April 23rd, 2020 from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. By popular demand, we return to the historic Chicago Yacht Club with the majestic Lake Michigan as our backdrop. Please join us to share and celebrate the core of what makes Ballet Chicago so special. The evening will include a premium open bar, scrumptious hors d’oeuvres, and top-shelf dinner choices. Music will be provided by our beloved Principal Pianist, John Mannos, who has been playing the piano for over 25 years himself (ten of which have been in our very own studios).
There will be a new concept dancer installation and original crafted ceramic centerpieces by Ted Seymour, a one-of-kind painting by local artist and Ballet Chicago grandfather Luis Arevalo, and a poignant video presentation to kick off the evening. A fast paced “call-to-action” paddle raise, conducted by the ever-inspiring Greg Dellinger, will close out the night.
