Registration
To register, fully complete the registration form and return the form with the tuition payment to the School Administrator. New students are charged a one-time registration fee of $25. Please add the registration fee to the first tuition payment.

Tuition Policies
Semester tuition is payable in advance of classes and must accompany registration. After the second week of classes, tuition will be pro-rated accordingly. Once classes have begun, tuition is non-refundable. Students who miss class or withdraw before the end of the semester are still obliged for the full semester's fee, whether they are paying on a semester basis or using Ballet Chicago's Payment Plan.. In the case of serious injury or long-term illness, credit may be extended for future classes. Requests for medical credit must be made in writing and accompanied by a physician's certificate stating inability to continue classes. The medical credit will be considered only from the date it was reported to the Ballet Chicago office (not the teacher). All credits are subject to a $10.00 administration fee.
