Semester tuition is payable in advance of classes and must accompany registration. Tuition is non-refundable once a student is enrolled. Students who miss class or withdraw before the end of the semester are still obliged for the full semester's fee, whether they are paying on a semester basis or using Ballet Chicago's Payment Plan. Students in Ballet 1 through Ballet 6 (Level 1 through Level 6) are obligated to pay for the entire Fall and Spring semester once enrolled. There are monthly payment options available, such as using Ballet Chicago's Payment plan. Preparatory Division classes are also non-refundable upon enrollment.
In the case of serious injury or long-term illness, credit may be extended for future classes at Ballet Chicago's discretion. Requests for medical credit must be made in writing and accompanied by a physician's certificate stating inability to continue classes. The medical credit will be considered only from the date it was reported to the Ballet Chicago office (not the teacher). All credits are subject to a $10.00 administration fee.
